A. Basic User Training
Self-Guided Basic User Training
The Basic User training is required for all agency volunteers and staff who will be using the Link2Feed program. These videos can be watched in order to count as a full training or individually as refreshers on certain topics.
Instructions for full training:
1. Watch each of the videos below in order from top to bottom. To play a video, click the 'play' button in the center the video. To enlarge the video to full screen, select the "square or brackets" option in the bottom right corner of the video when you hover over it. When the video is complete, close it by selecting the brackets again in the bottom right corner or by pressing the "Esc" button on your keyboard . You can also open the video in a new tab by clicking on the square with an arrow pointing outwards in the upper righthand corner of the video when you hover over it and then close the tab once you are finished to return to the main page. Repeat these steps until you've completed all the videos.
2. When you have viewed all the videos click on the link at the bottom of the page to complete the required Basic User Training Assessment for the self-guided option. You must complete the assessment to be receive credit for completing this training.
